1. Who we are
CoachPlan is operated by EasyCoach, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By using CoachPlan (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use CoachPlan. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service.
3. Your account
When you create an account you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
- All activity that takes place under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our servers, or any connected systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to CoachPlan.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written permission.
- Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We may investigate and take appropriate action — including account suspension or legal action — against any activity we believe violates these rules.
5. Content and intellectual property
All software, design, branding, and platform content created by EasyCoach — including the CoachPlan name, logo, and interface — is owned by EasyCoach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Exercises and sessions you createremain your own. By marking an exercise as “public”, you grant EasyCoach a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that exercise on the CoachPlan platform, including on public-facing pages. You can remove this by making the exercise private or deleting it.
You confirm that any content you upload does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6. Privacy and data
Your use of CoachPlan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
We also use cookies as described in our Cookies Policy.
7. Service availability
We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
