CoachPlan
About Us

Built by coaches,
for coaches.

CoachPlan started as a personal frustration in Rotterdam and turned into a tool used by coaches who want to spend less time on admin and more time on the pitch.

Background

Our story

CoachPlan started with a simple frustration: preparing a training session should not mean spending an hour with spreadsheets and sticky notes. A youth coach in Rotterdam was building session plans the hard way — scribbled diagrams on paper, exercises saved in scattered folders, nothing easy to reuse or share.

He brought in a developer friend with the same love for football and a shared belief that the kind of structured coaching tools available to professional clubs should be accessible to everyone. Together, they built what they wanted for themselves: a focused tool for planning sessions, building a personal exercise library, and managing a squad — without the bloat of enterprise software.

CoachPlan launched out of Rotterdam with one goal: make coaching more organised, more data-driven, and more accessible — regardless of the level you coach at or the budget behind you.

What we believe

Our values

🎯

Accessibility

Good coaching tools shouldn't be reserved for well-funded clubs. CoachPlan is free to start and built to work for any coach at any level — from youth football to senior amateur.

💡

Clarity

A great session plan is only useful if your players understand it. We build tools that make it easy to structure, communicate, and refine your coaching ideas.

🤝

Community

The best coaches are lifelong learners. We're building a platform where drills, tactics, and session ideas can be shared openly — so every coach can benefit from each other's experience.
